Rehab was great, Chris and Amy kept us updated multiple times a day on grams physical and occupational therapy. At the other facility Prior, we never met her doctor, Dr. Elmi met with us personally and had amazing bedside manors. My mother really enjoyed him and cracked jokes with him which was refreshing to hear as I saw she was happy.

This is a stain on this facilities reputation and I can''t even fathom their unprofessionalism and dishonesty. I was never told I would be charged a penny and I verified this with the facility manager numerous times.
